The skilled professionals in
PFS’s regulatory
department
coordinate and

We will: act as primary contact for clients, landowners, and federal and state agencies; prepare budget proposals; complete and track all permitting applications and documents; provide the field work required (staking, GPS data collection); submit a clear, concise Plan of Development (POD); continue to track the POD and associated documents after approval by providing follow-up inspections; sampling, and monitoring to ensure compliance with federal/state guidelines and with landowner specifications; guarantee that your project stays in compliance with the NEPA
