Permitting
The skilled professionals in PFS’s regulatory department coordinate and administer all permitting activities associated with the energy industry for our clients. We are committed to ensuring an efficient, quality process, from planning to production to reclamation. We will: act as primary contact for clients, landowners, and federal and state agencies; prepare budget proposals; complete and track all permitting applications and documents; provide the field work required (staking, GPS data collection); submit a clear, concise Plan of Development (POD); continue to track the POD and associated documents after approval by providing follow-up inspections; sampling, and monitoring to ensure compliance with federal/state guidelines and with landowner specifications; guarantee that your project stays in compliance with the NEPA requirements (wildlife, cultural resources, surface use, water management).
